This year’s Sinergija held a special place in my heart. After a few years away from the speaker’s podium, I returned to the stage with two sessions—and I did it in the stunning, newly renovated Sava Centar, undoubtedly the best conference venue in the Balkans! 🤩
I didn’t expect such a massive turnout, and the audience completely blew me away!
My session on Microsoft 365 Copilot drew 91 attendees, with nearly every seat in the room taken. Receiving a 4.87 rating for the presentation and a 4.9 for my performance as a speaker gave me an incredible boost.
I spoke about how Microsoft 365 Copilot has been reshaping our workflows over the past few months—ranging from academic use cases to concrete scenarios that help IT departments become more productive, faster, and more precise.
For the first time, I showcased a demo of my fictional company, ‘Srđan Stević d.o.o.,’ through the eyes of an IT Manager. The audience followed every step, and their questions were so insightful that they became an integral part of the session itself.
A standout moment was the data security demo, where I demonstrated how Copilot strictly respects user permissions—only seeing what the user is already authorized to access. The feedback was immediate and sparked a fantastic discussion.
I want to give a special shout-out to my colleagues Omar Kudovic, Marko Totovic, and Nikola Pancic, who sat in the front row, offered their support, took great photos, and kept me on schedule (not easy when I get carried away by the topic! 🙂). Huge thanks also to Dimitar Grozdanov and Vladimir Meloski for their presentation ideas, and to Pavle Peković for the invaluable demo advice. Their honest, post-session feedback means the world to me. Having friends and colleagues who tell you exactly what worked and what could be better is what makes this journey worth it and helps me grow with every session.
The anonymous survey results were filled with amazing comments, confirming that the topic was timely and the energy in the room was mutual.
