Over the past 12 years, I’ve continuously worked to empower people through technology. While I’ve been fortunate to host, organize, and support many events, this page focuses on my personal contributions: speaking, mentoring, writing, and community leadership.

- Microsoft Viva – Talk focused on how companies and employees can benefit from Microsoft Viva.
- Microsoft Teams in Education – Session held at Microsoft Sinergija conference describing how university staff uses Teams for distant learning and how IT departments should optimize M365 for hybrid work and teaching.

🤝 Leadership & Community Building
- President of the organization behind Tarabica # Hash IT, one of Serbia’s most recognized tech conferences
- Long-time leader of ITPro Serbia (2012–present), hosting monthly meetups, including hybrid and virtual events.
- Represented Microsoft community at Sinergija 2023 and Sinergija 2024, building regional bridges with MVPs and tech leaders.

- Wrote technical articles for local IT magazines on Microsoft 365, Teams, Microsoft Exchange, Hyper-V, and Windows Server, Nano server.

- Mentored professors and staff at my institution on how to use Copilot, Teams, OneDrive, and M365 suite efficiently.
- Helped beginners from outside IT transition into tech roles via workshops and personalized support.
